Kemisperse CD401 is a new generation Polycarboxylate based dispersant for ceramic clay. Fine particles of clay have a natural tendency to come together and form aggregates. As they have strong inter-molecular affinity, in the process of wet ball milling in aqueous media, this flocculating tendency is further intensified as water too has strong inter-molecular affinity. In order to overcome such a tendency, Kemisperse CD401 disperses clay particles by electro static repulsion in slurry and gives stable uniform low viscosity slurry.

Kemiplast – F10 is a superplasticiser based on sulfonated melamine polycondensate polymer. It is high range water reducer. It gives excellent early and high ultimate strength. It is used as an additive in all types of grouts, mortars, coatings and as a component of concrete admixtures and emulsions. Kemiplast – F 10 is a free-flowing powder and possesses characteristics ideal for dry blending and water dissolution.
